  • Mission

Our mission is to identify the cause and solution for each unique body and diagnosis. Rather than treating the symptoms which does not allow the patient to truly get better, we seek to treat and change the cause so the symptoms can go away and stay away.

  • Don’t Just Exercise

One-on-one care is very important to us. In our clinic the patient will be seen and treated each and every time by the licensed therapist who continually evaluates and assesses how therapy is going and if there is a need to change the plan

Introducing FYZICAL

Spelled Different * Because We Are Different

Spine, Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy is now FYZICAL!

We are proud to announce an important change at Spine, Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy. As of May 2015, we are changing our name to FYZICAL. The name change is a result of a rebranding effort designed to mirror the growth and transformation of our organization.

How Our Change Can Benefit You

  • •We are expanding programs to meet more needs within the community. One such offering is a state-of-the-art balance center where we evaluate and treat dizziness and balance disorders. We are also now offering Fall Prevention and Vestibular Rehab programs to address the growing need.
  • •To keep you healthy we are introducing BodyQ. A Wellness Examination that identifies areas you need to work on before they become a problem. A giant step forward in the quest for preventative medicine.
  • •You will see our facility and equipment improve to directly benefit our clients.
  • •Visit with us at www.Fyzical.com – see our location and others aligned with us focused on improved care

Some Things Won’t Change

We are still the same high quality therapy clinic, with the same people, the same billing practices and offer the same quality of care you expect.

Our phone number and street address remains the same. Our new email address is provo@fyzical.com.

If we haven’t heard from you in a while, reach out and let us know how you are doing.

Commonly Treated Conditions

Neck Pain

Neck Pain comes from a variety of sources and stresses that we put on the spine. Headaches, stiffness, limited range of motion can all be symptoms of problems originating from the joints of the neck. Manual Therapy has been the best intervention shown to reduce neck symptoms and put the neck is a position/environment where it can heal properly. Our therapists are all trained in specific techniques which allow us to isolate movements in the neck joints that allow better motion, reduced pain and better healing.
